The chimney is flanked by 1-over-1 windows at both first and second floors. Entrance is on the right (east) front elevation, behind a small gabled porch supported by slender square posts. Entrance is flanked by 1-over-1s at both floors. Entrance (west) elevation has no fenestration. There is no attic. Roof overhangs slightly.
Significance: The house at 115 Flood Street is a small vernacular structure. It was owned by the Flood family when the street was named.
